 A new investigative report by the Regavim Movement is sounding an alarm that many in Israel and abroad may not be prepared to hear: the Palestinian Authority Security Forces (PASF) may no longer be merely a civilian policing body, but a growing armed force capable of posing a strategic threat to the Jewish state.

According to the March 24 report, The Writing is on the Wall (of Jericho), the Palestinian Authority is developing what Regavim describes as a "terror army in the heart of the state," one that could one day launch a surprise attack on Israel on a scale that could eclipse the horrors of Oct. 7, 2023.

"At any moment, the Palestinian Authority Security Forces may mobilize against us, and the events of Oct. 7 will seem like a walk in the park in comparison," Naomi Linder Kahn, director of the International Division of Regavim, told JNS on Tuesday.

According to the report, the PASF has evolved far beyond its intended role under the 1995 Oslo II framework, which originally capped its size at 30,000 personnel equipped primarily with light arms for internal law enforcement and policing duties.

Regavim alleges that the force now numbers approximately 65,000 combat-trained personnel, including individuals with prior terror convictions, and possesses weaponry far more suited to offensive military operations than routine public security. That includes grenade launchers, machine guns, armored vehicles, and armor-piercing munitions. SOURCE

DEEPER LIES: Trump Displacement Syndrome Hits MAGA in Bitter Outrage over Betrayals

For awhile it worked—all too long in fact. The president could lie about negotiations and jar the stock market up and the oil market down. His base, however, was becoming increasingly unruly and some were starting to turn hard against him, but most either forgave the lies or believed them. And then there was this past wee when everything flip-flopped on the King of Flip Flops, and suddenly no one believed him anymore.

Most notably, Trump's pet stock market failed to respond as it finally seemed to figure out that the president’s third revision of his announced plan to destroy all of Iran’s electrical power plants was a string of bluffs. The trail of wartime bluffs became a trail of outright as Trump made up reasons to stall, which went like this: The president told Iran he would destroy all of its power plants if Iran didn’t open the Strait of Hormuz in 48 hours. Iran did not open the strait. As the deadline approached, the president announced that fruitful negotiations with the Iranians over the strait and 14 other demands the US was making caused him to postpone his destruction of all power plants for another five days. Iran, however, still did not open the strait, and it said the president was lying. No negotiations of any kind had happened; nor did Iran even have interest in negotiations with the president because, Iran claims, he lies all the time.

As the next deadline neared, the president announced he had decided to postpone his total destruction of Iran’s power plants until ten days because, not only had negotiations gone very well, but Iran was now offering the president a nice present having to do with traffic flow through the strait. He said Iran would be allowing more ships through. Iran did not open the strait, and it did not let more ships through. It said the president was lying about negotiations and that it had no interest in negotiations. In fact, it mocked the president, saying his deeply troubled mind must be negotiating with himself. This time, as if to prove its point, it raised its level of destruction, attacking a US military base in Saudi Arabia, injuring a dozen troops and a number of significant planes:

An Iranian missile strike on a base in Saudi Arabia damaged several military jets and destroyed a valuable E-3 Sentry early warning and control aircraft — the first known combat loss for that type.

The roughly $300 million plane was hit in an attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in recent days, according to a person familiar with the matter asking not to be identified discussing sensitive military operations. Unverified photos of the jet showed its tail completely severed, rendering it unflyable. (MSN)

At least 1,000 US troops from 82nd Airborne set to deploy to Mideast, AP sources say. 

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. military is preparing to deploy at least 1,000 troops from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East in the coming days, according to three people with knowledge of the plans.

The unit is considered the Army’s emergency response force and can typically be deployed on short notice. The force would include a battalion of the 1st Brigade Combat Team as well as Maj. Gen. Brandon Tegtmeier, the division’s commander, and division staff, according to the people, who spoke Tuesday on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive military plans or private conversations.

Israeli Media Outlet Yeni Safak is reporting multiple, massive, explosions, and a gigantic body of fire burning across the entire viewable area of the refinery.

The Refinery supplies around 60% of Israel's oil needs including:

In summary: With the loss of this Refinery, Israel is on the verge of complete energy collapse.

Trump Warns Iran "Weapons of Mass Destruction"

U.S. President Donald Trump warned Iran yesterday in wording that suggests the United States could attack Iran with Nuclear Weapons. (However, he has now extended the deadline...I think Trump blinked)

After Trump told Iran that unless they open the strait of Hormuz without threat within 48 Hours, the United States would target all of Iran's electric power plants and electrical infrastructure, Iran responded to that.

Iran said that if the U.S. targets Iranian power plants, Iran will attack the electric infrastructure of countries hosting US military bases and will also target Desalinization plants in those countries.

Most nations in the Middle East have no significant fresh water of their own, and instead, derive their drinking water from the ocean, using desalinization plants to remove the salt from the ocean water.   If those plants are attacked, tens-of-millions of civilians in those Middle East Countries will be immediately without drinking water.  

President Trump would do well to consider what Iran's allies, Russia and China, might do in such a situation. 

Unlike Iran, those countries have actual nuclear weapons, and Russia has MORE than the United States does.  China depends upon Iran for about 70% of China's imported oil.  MORE
