Cuba is completely out of diesel and fuel oil.
Cuba has completely exhausted its diesel and fuel oil reserves, Energy Minister Vicente de la O Levy announced on state media, prompting protests across the capital on Wednesday evening.
Some districts in the capital are without light for 20 to 22 hours a day, the minister added in his announcement.
